Make more sense.
The life of an individual means little. All births must be healthy for the sake of posterity.
The individual counts for nothing , but the sick cannot determine the future of the group.
Are you implying that women who get abortions do it because they follow an ideology of eugenics and don't care about individuals? Because that's demented. Absolutely demented.

This makes absolutely no sense to the discussion. Many women who discover their fetus is deformed or has braindamage or some form of genetic damage choose to have them and raise them anyway.
Our technology and medicine is allowing us to overcome more of these problems every year.

They'll probaby say what I already said before.
The fetus becomes either an economic or social liability and needs to be removed.

There are plenty of reasons. Off the top of my head:
Not ready to be a mother, yet
Cannot afford a child
Birth defect in fetus
Was raped and impregnated
Health of the mother in jeopardy
I'm sure there are more.

not totally a healthy life in the womb..
"Not ready to be a mother, yet
Cannot afford a child"
The needs of the nation come first in both these instances!

You might understand the meaning of" The needs of the Nation"
better, if I were to order you to put on a uniform and handed you a
rake and a shovel and assigned you to participate in a five year
agricultural program . Helping with the winter harvest to alleviate
hunger among the worker's immediate family members.
