Well, seeing as the OP doesnt mention "absolute" anything, I'm not sure what the hell you mean.
Simply having evidence for something or being able to test it for results isn't anything absolute, GC.

Right, so what is a supernatural being? Now we're getting somewhere, we have a definition!
I knew we could do it if we all worked together
See if anyone can put that God definition into a testable claim. I can wait

I did some kind of drug every day for fifteen years. I was completely addicted, in the end having blackouts even during my relatively sober hours. Then I stopped. I credit God with that. You would likely call it spontaneous recovery and credit some as yet unknown natural cause.
If someone's struggling with drugs, I tell them my story. Maybe they hear similar stories, maybe they don't. Maybe they agree with me, maybe they think as you do. Doesn't really matter to me. I'm sober and I'm happy. When I get resentful about something in my life, I remember that God has forgiven me, and I become grateful and forgiving again, which makes me happier. My life is really good. So you think my standards of evidence aren't high enough? BFD

GC And it's not good enough for even more than just us. According to 2011 Pew Forum analysis, only 31% of the world's population is Christian. Approximately 69% of the world's population apparently finds your view of reality incompatible; yet, you just happen to be right and more than half the world happens to be wrong.

So, how can Heaven be a paradise for you, knowing for eternity that the vast majority of your fellow humans are suffering for eternity? Some of them may be friends and family.
I see you have a poor understanding of the scriptures, God will give relief to us of sadness, pain and all the other ills of this world, meaning we will remember no more, a great blessing for those who live their lives for Christ.

So..God wipes your brain clean of all bad memories? What happened to free will? Or does that not exist in heaven?

I'm not looking to become an active contributor to this thread, but I think you'll find that most Atheists will credit your drug addiction recovery (congratulations, by the way) to you and you alone. There's more beauty in that, in my opinion; having the shred of independence to make that decision on your own is a beautiful thing.

That half worship gods of wood and stone, I on the other hand worship a risen living Savior, who actually said that most of the world would reject Him, I'm on coarse, that straight and narrow road you know.
