God impregnated Mary without her consent. God made man in his own image. If the shit fits...
Besides, we can't blame God. The easily distracted cunt was probably helping somebody find their car keys or score a touchdown. With important shit like that going on, who could be bothered preventing the rape of a child.

Yeah, I've got no idea what "doubts" are meant to be plaguing me. Not having the answer to every question is not something that bothers me, it's just being honest.

Its interesting, and unfortunate that the "logical" mind cannot comprehend a spiritual experience.
Every experience with God is based on a spiritual awakening. But you first have to be open to it.
The God experience is based on personal revelation, which is useless to the casual bystander.... religious or otherwise.
No outward experience will convince atheists: Every religious event is explained away... or dismissed as some natural occurrence that just hasn't been discovered yet.
And this is why Faith is so important to our salvation. The answers are "within". The unbelievers just choose the easy path in life!
Ironically, and possibly in your (atheists in general) favor though, is the fact that "if" you live a good life of demonstrative love for others (not just your family & friends) you have a better shot at salvation than many followers that "much is expected of", but do not live by those words, or actions!

There is nothing logical about spirituality or religion. If logic was involved, there would be no need for faith.

How do you expect logic to comprehend emotions?

As in: not evidence.

Because it's not evidence. But let's change "atheists" to "christians" and say the very same thing referring to islam. See the problem?
If you are willing to suspend reason in favor of one fairy tale, you have to be consequent. What makes christianity more valid than islam? What makes god more probable than a unicorn? If you accept one supernatural claim, you have to accept all of them or admit that it's baseless or commit special pleading.

Easy? We just a had a theist tell us how scary our lives must be because we accept reality. IMO, clinging to childish superstitions is the easy way.

Because, to give that credit to a god, as generally defined (in christianity, or islam or judaism), would mean that we'd also have to give credit for many or even all other things that happen - good things, bad things irrelevant things...
And yet, you only want to attribute a few select good things to the god you think exists.
You ever think about that?

So you credit Yahweh, a muslim credits Allah, a pastafarian credits FSM and I credit my eyebrow. Are we all correct? If you say "yes" then you have no interest in what is actually true. If "no" then we need some way to investigate who is right. An there is none, with supernatural claims.

You've offered nothing constructive, or relevant to my points. Just the same old atheist drivel.... which I CONFIRMED in my post!
