Can anyone think of solutions to problems that the Abrahamic god uses that doesn't involve pain and death?
Why do you phrase it as though any of that is real?

So I can have a conversation with people?

I never really get these threads. I mean you say that that Abrahamic God killed people, as though it actually happened or that is actually a thing. In fact it's all just made up stories that don't really matter. They way you phrase it in your opening post makes it sound as though you believe that those things actually happened.

I don't feel like putting in words like "the bible claims" and "if this was hypothetically real", and other workaround phrases when I just want to get to the point.
Plus if I didn't want to bounce these ideas off theists, I wouldn't be on this kind of forum.

It's actually pretty hard to come up with examples.
When Cain killed Abel, for some reason God dealt with that by deciding Cain needed protection from retribution. So he put a mark on him so that people would know he was protected.
He could have just told them all, there were only supposedly about 3 other people at that time.

Yeah, in Cain and abel, and the Tower of Babel story. Though some people may have still died when he destroyed the tower. Who knows?

He could have just told them all, there were only supposedly about 3 other people at that time. The reason why God let Cain get away with killing Abel is that God hadn't told them not to kill each other. That rule came much later. Now there were a lot of people around the Garden of Eden. It was just down the road from Persia, Assyria, Ethiopia, and Arabia (Genesis 2:10-14).
After Cain left the Garden he went to the land of Nod on the east of Eden and built a city with his wife. He was never a fugitive and a vagabond. Villages, towns, and cities have a lot of people in them other than just one couple. So if anything Cain should get credit for being the first city builder. He was a least the mayor if not the king of the burg.
In the story of Cain and Abel Cain didn't commit a sin when he killed Abel. Killing wasn't illegal at that time.

Wasn't Cain supposed to be a restless wanderer? And then he goes and builds a town. Which is exactly the opposite of what Yahweh told him.
