That;s why I love my cats, never have to feed em. The dog, on the other hand..shes a greedy little thing. She eats her chow, and all the fat and skin I cut off my meat. Whatever falls on the floor. Unattended shoes. Blankets. The legs of chairs. Rabbits. Paper products of all kinds. Soft rubber toys. Pillow stuffing.

Considering that my cats aren't allowed outside and we don't have mice in our house - my question is valid.

The trick would be making sure that none of them had ingested any rodenticide. I suppose some machinery could be fashioned to extract the meat from the fur but I'm not sure if the skeleton would need to go too. Maybe you just treat it like sardines?
