Combat Controller? Those guys are fucking hands-down heroes with balls of steel.

Oh no, no. I was an electronics technician who maintained and repaired the equipment.

Yeah, the combat controllers are the little-known hard-core bad-asses of the Air Force. As a military service, we were most known for pushing buttons which make things go bang at a distance outside the range where our opponents could attack us. The combat controllers are ground-pounders who go into enemy territory and direct strikes. Most people don't even know they exist.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Were you embedded with MAC/V SOG?  Huh
Maybe. I had a MACV ration card. I was in the 101st Airborne in I Corps. My last tour was in the 5th Armored Cavalry, Bien Hoa.

That was a line from "Kong: Skull Island" Anti-war photographer ran around with SOG? I doubt that.

Ah, track toad.

The new Kong is part of the new daikaiju universe. ("Monarch" universe?) It's a good monster movie. You may go crazy during the helo fight, however.
