Depends on where you live, and yes..the color of your skin. The data can be as granular as street level - where people on one street are more likely to be shot by a cop than the next.
We need to improve on this one. Cops in the UK kill 6 people in one year and it's a disturbing trend (that they reversed). Ours lay about a thousand people low every year...business as usual.

UK has fewer gun and no NRA, so not the same.
