Instead, we got to see an entire squad of cops beaten by a nine year old. Seems like they might be paying too much for the policing service they receive. Great place to trim pork in the budget.

Apparently, they did create one unit to do things exactly that way, but they were busy. Maybe give all but one of those salaries to that program, and fire the one that sprayed her?

Honestly, though, it probably would have been something like "mother arrested after domestic altercation with father of her child, parents in custody, child remanded to the state, father shot 17 times as he attempted to resist arrest"
