At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

I think they're equally stupid. But Trump is definitely more corrupt. Bush was a puppet.
Maybe Trump is slightly more intelligent but I wouldn't notice because I'm too intelligent to really tell the difference between a super retard and a super duper retard. Trump is certainly more foolish though. At least Bush had less of an ego so listened to people who told him he was stupid..... and he TRIED not to be a national embarassment. Sure, he failed, but at least he TRIED. 
My oldest has mild to moderate mental retardation - as has been diagnosed with it. And my girl as more intelligence in her pinky finger than the orange turd in office. So, ya know... when you use that word... you're insulting those actually smarter than drumph.
Personally, I find his lack of intelligence to be equal with a slug that just got salt dumped on it. Watching it wither and squirm on the dry pavement in pain... kinda like having to watch the Prick Of The United States actually working. Disclaimer: I am only responsible for what I say, not what you choose to understand.
