^^^Someone 'splain that one to me.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

I've been being hassled more and more by these "cafeteria atheists". I think you know who I'm talking about. They take the atheist position when it suits them, but they refuse to actually call themselves atheists, even though they agree with us almost completely when theistic claims are discussed.

It's gone too far, because some of them are now using the word "atheist" as an insult. Why must we fight, when we believe, or rather don't believe, almost exactly the same things?

I was interviewed by one of these "cafeteria atheists". I am the one on the right. You'll see what I mean.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

An absolute classic:
