Understanding what motivates Yahweh or Satan is effortless if they are understood as contrived fictional characters designed by a religion to control the faithful.

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity. Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist. You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them. I don't need to prove God exists. The question wasn't "Is God real?" the question was "WHY does blood sacrifice bring any atonement for our sins?"
By asking this question it is already assumed that God is real and that Biblical answers are an option, since the Bible talks about God. I'm glad I could help you understand that, we all need help sometimes.
