You're assuming Jesus was God.

Which is just an assumption, as pointed out.

Vomit up a bunch of untrue shit on an atheist forum.

If praying to a particular God had any effect at all, it would be bloody obvious by now. Yet we see all religions equally failing to produce any results at all.

I feel bad for you jebus believers.  Forced slavery in life and then eternity.  A soberingly sad fate.

Does not matter how many times it fails or how large the failure is they will continue to substitute hard work, effort and personal responsibility with clasped hands as they fervently ask the invisible sky unicorn to make it all better.

I love how so many Christians assume that atheists were never Christian. That's true for some, but too many people grow up with Christianity for that to be widely true.

I was a Christian until I was 25 and I deeply believed in all of it. I regularly went to church, prayed, and studied the bible in depth. I did everything I was supposed to do and I wanted it. The problem is that the more I looked into it, the more I started to realize how much it resembled a massive pile of horse shit. So don't come here and tell us that we haven't done exactly what you're prescribing. Many of us have been there and we got nothing out of it.

I'll spare you the drama: GC will simply claim you were never really a Christian. When you insist you really were one, he'll double down on his claim. I've watched this program many, many times. The script never varies.

Yeah, that's what I'm expecting. I've heard that script from others before. It's not the most original line ever.
