 As many damned souls there is in hell none of them though of actually banding together and actually take it over so we could have the bible

I heard the devil just lets them all out again so they can go laugh at the endless harp playing people have to listen to in the real hell.

If humans will always have free will and god will always be a capricious jackass, then those in hell will want to make sure the red carpet is kept in good shape. Because they'll be rolling it out, time and again, until heaven is empty.

You know, if the devil is even half as powerful as the New Testament says he is, and he's in charge of Hell, why doesn't he just make it an awesome place on par with Heaven (or at least notably better than Earth, as ability permits)? He could show everyone that he's not the guy that YHWH has made him out to be, and cement that whole Good Guy Lucifer thing.
Meanwhile, YHWH's super strict entry requirements mean that Lucifer will have many more people in Hell.

paradise for the damned. Christ made it very clear: Hell is something people choose; no one alive has totally missed “hearing God’s call” and would prefer the unrighteous state it offers. God gives free will and people choose. The ‘torment’ is better translated to the word ‘restraint’. The more evil a spiritual entity has demonstrated, the more ‘restraint’ they will have there; consequently, that 'old serpent' will be the most bound and won't be in charge of anything. An aside, believing or not believing in the existence of God is not the deciding factor where one finds their eternal abode.
Atheist Credo: A universe by chance that also just happened to admit the observer by chance.
