It's typical binary religious thinking to insist accounts be either totally true or totally false.
Taking 'the bits you like' and ignoring the bits 'you don't like' is not a lovely thing.
You must have reasons on why you took that bit, or why you refused that bit.
Credibility؟؟

Believing one part of a story does not mean I believe all of it, or indeed any more of it. In fact, whether it's true or not is irrelevant, the real point is that many muslims do believe it.
Your prophet, was a war mongering paedophile, which makes it quite understandable that a large number of his followers are war mongering paedophiles.
Just like Sunnies and Shia !
They also believe 'some hadiths" and neglect the rest !!!
then again, it's not ethical to point fingers without a trusted source , so are you saying, that bukhari is a trusted source ??
You have no idea what I'm saying, that much is clear, and your stupidity bores me.
I'm out.

Could not one Hadith, one such saying, be accurate and another be completely made up? And yet, they both made it into the compilation used by the Sunni, or the other compilation used by the Shiite? Both compilations could hold things which can be believed at face value, and things which are too extraordinary to accept as trustworthy, or, to use the better word, historical.
Islam, like Christianity, lacks in the historicity part.
The problem is, the majority of Muslims consider that contradicted history a "sacred one".
Muslims followed the footsteps of Christians; step by step.
If it works for one, why would it not work for the other?
Just look at how their numbers are, right now... I'd say the strategies worked quite well...
Doesn't mean any of them represents reality.
Better stay out of it all.

Bits I like?
Bits that are even possible, as far as we know. I don't like any of it, it's all fucking stupid. But some of it is remotely believable, and some is not.
I guess Spider Man must exist because he's in comic books which feature New York. Or are you just picking out New York because you don't like Spider Man?
See, insisting on all or nothing is plainly ridiculous.
If I tell you I went to the shops, played football and then ate 8 million pizzas, must you believe all those statements or none of them? Can you pick out one that "stands out" an unbelievable?
If I'm to assess the general credibility of the author, then I'd just say none of it happened. I'm trying to be generous.

Straight over a cliff.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Why is it remotely believable ? because your dead friend "Bukhari" said so ?
Make Bukhari appear in front of me ! or better : Aisha ! I want to hear it from her tongue.

This is too funny........Atlas, do you realise how unbelievably stupid this argument is?
I tell you what mate, the Q'uran, why is it remotely believable? Because your dead friend "Muhammad" said so?
Make Allah appear in front of me! Or better : Muhammad, hellfire be upon him! I want to hear it from his tongue.
Utterly fucking ridiculous, all of it.

"My brand of crazy is more correct than your brand of crazy"
"No it isn't"
"Fuck you! I'll kill you."
You know, if it weren't for the violent temper tantrums islam throws I wouldn't even waste the time to tell you how completely fucking insane you are.
I reject your reality and substitute my own!
