Your stretched analogy to a "church" is hilarious. You need to get out more, and let go your obsession with atheism. There might even be pills for this ... have you seen a doctor ?

Any other nonsense or shall we proceed?  Just making sure you get it out of your system.

When you're ready just let me know the time frame you want me to address in the Carrier video that contains your concern.  That way we don't have to go through the "but you didn't talk about the part I wanted you to" nonsense either.

Let's not. Let's see this "string" and tell us exactly what fallacies you think you see.

Not going in circles with you.  Either you want my response to something in the video or you don't.  If you do, tell me what. If you don't then "bye"

Honestly, I could give a rat's behind either way, but I'll show you the courtesy of honoring my offer to respond for the sake of resolving your complaint peacefully.

RE: Arguments against existence of God.
This has become a topic where I'm browsing through the posts trying to find something concrete that someone said so I can possibly discuss it, but all I seem to find is accusations of one member to another of what they might have said and then rebuttals "I didn't say that". As if people are guessing what other people are trying to day.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Working as intended.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I would claim that I am unaware of any scientific evidence that indicates that it was 'created' or 'came from nothing'. That would be sufficient reason not to believe the universe was created ex nihilo. No logical proof required, though some people claim that something can't come from nothing; they seem to be in the same camp that claims God did exactly that.

So you believe the universe was not created ex nihilo but you don't claim it? If you believe something, why don't you have the confidence to put it forward as a claim?
So you believe in something without evidence?
At least an agnostic will say "I don't know either way", i.e., whether the universe was created ex nihilo or not.
But you clearly wrote: "That would be sufficient reason not to believe the universe was created ex nihilo"

"Something can't come from nothing" <<do you agree with this or not?

I know Cherub is gone, but for the record, I don't have a particular belief about the origin of the universe, there's not yet enough information to justify a particular conclusion about that. I'm more comfortable with not knowing than seizing on a conclusion prematurely. I would be surprised if the ultimate origin of the universe is not some form of 'natural causes', but I don't rule it out.

I clearly wrote "That would be sufficient reason not to believe the universe was created ex nihilo" because that's my position, not that I hold the opposite position.

There are multiple ways 'something can come from nothing', but I don't conclude that that is what actually happened. We have reason to think it's possible, at least for certain values of 'nothing'.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
