I contemplate everything on a case-by-case basis, and in some cases, the economics is so complex I may never get the facts I need to know what the consequences of a policy are. My philosophy is a hybrid between individualism and consequentialism.

What is the best one overall for the whole world? I am not trying to dance around your question here, but I think your question might already assume an answer. If your criteria for "best" is that which maximizes the sum of utility of all sentient beings on Earth, then that is a form of utilitarianism.

If we're to define it in terms such as you suggested in your opening post, it seems as if your intent is to blitz a person with demands to rigidly define whatever term they choose. If you wanted people to enumerate their beliefs in detail you should have clarified this at the start instead of offering simple examples you don't actually seem to want.
