RE: How do I ask someone out?

If you make conversation well with her and you're already on good talking terms, just wait until the next time you have a real conversation. When on topic about a particular event you're going to, if she seems interested ask if she would like to come with you. Make it a date.
That's a pretty smooth and casual way of doing it.
Sometimes though, if you're talking to someone and the chemistry is just there, it'll happen naturally on its own. I don't know of many real life couples who get together literally by asking (out of nowhere anyway) "will you go on a date with me?" like they do in the movies.

I've never fucked one, no.
Not even a British one neither.

Why?
Because I think you are not ready at your age to be worrying about such things. Get on with your studies, worry about relationships when you are old enough to have your life ruined by a woman.

Science, some adults will just lack any tact, though I can't say you're completely innocent either, after the kind of language you've used for the sole purpose of displaying your budding masculinity.
But just know that if you ever want people to treat you as older than you really are, you have to actually act like it. Take it from me, I was a kid too not so long ago.
You're at a very interesting age, your personality is developing full throttle right now. Trust me, you'll be looking back at this time in your life as the moment when you began to transform into the person you will have become and consequently you'll also think this is when you first opened your eyes to the real world, to a certain extent.
I can't stress the following enough.
You think you have all the time in the world right now. In fact, you think you're immortal and you'll never grow up, in a sense. Don't make the mistake of letting that belief influence your actions too much, though.
Don't waste any time. Live your life to the fullest, because in a few short years life will come at you from all directions, and you'll have to really exert yourself to stay on top.
Don't make any mistakes you might regret later. Don't pick up bad habits and don't get into too much trouble.
Don't let the world get to you, stay strong and remain patient. You'll be able to achieve anything you want, given the right mindset and enough time.

Are you saying that my feelings are gonna get hurt?
That's saying that I'm that low and that I won't take precaution. And it's a good learning expearance to. Like I said if I get dumped or rejected I don't care.
I've been told to love myself more than anyone.
And sacrifice occasionally or compromise to prevent others sacrifice.
And I don't think my age matters, I'm not a man-hoe.
I don't just wanna make out with her or something.
Just hang out.

I don't swear for masculinity. It's just fun and relives stress. I use it when I can, just not around women.
But thanks for the other advice.

I think some of you are a bit patronising. So what if he's 12, that doesn't make his desires or feelings less real.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
